Die Maintenance Technician

Perform die set maintenance and machine set up

Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment in Press Section

Daily checking of machine condition and performance, including parts inventory

Reports to superior any particular machine trouble or changes

Ensure that all die set are in good condition before set up and during mass production

Update maintenance record of all die set and report to Die Maintenance Senior Technician and Section Head

Responsible for the modification and fabrication of machines or equipments for the continuous improvement of the process
