Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Pampanga/Batangas with the role of Mortgage Sales Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for the disposal of ROPA Real Estate through effective management of sales channels. You will drive sales execution, manage partnerships, and ensure that programs are implemented efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What the role will entail

• Contribute to the development of business strategies and sales programs for ROPA disposal

• Execute sales programs within agreed timelines and performance targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program implementation

• Build and manage partnerships with external partners to meet sales objectives

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly within the defined turnaround time

• Analyze market trends and performance reports to identify opportunities and recommend improvements

What we're looking for

• Bachelors degree in any four-year course

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably with background in real estate, business development, or financial services

• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate outcomes and drive execution

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building abilities

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
