KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee the employee relations function, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices across the organization.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Develop, review, and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with leadership to improve workplace culture, employee engagement, and communication strategies.
- Oversee investigations into employee complaints, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and timely resolution.
- Monitor trends in employee concerns and recommend proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
- Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Collaborate with HR teams on talent retention, succession planning, and organizational development strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR management.Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills.Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS OfficeCORE COMPETENCIES
