We’re looking for an Internal Gifting and Experience Coordinator who can take full ownership of how we celebrate, appreciate, and engage both our contractors and our clients. This role blends procurement, creativity, vendor sourcing, logistics, and experience design to build moments that feel thoughtful, personal, and on-brand.
You’ll generate gifting ideas, source vendors, manage budgets, and handle fulfillment from concept to delivery. If you’re the type of person who naturally spots unique products, curates great experiences, and loves giving gifts that land , this role will feel like second nature.

What You’ll Work On
Creative Gifting Strategy and Concepting
Brainstorm unique, personalized gifting ideas for associates and clientsDevelop creative themes, seasonal collections, and milestone gift conceptsCurate products that reflect our brand values and make recipients feel valuedStay ahead of trends in gifting, DTC products, cultural moments, and experience-based giftsProcurement and Vendor Sourcing
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliersEvaluate product quality, pricing, shipping timelines, and custom branding optionsFind reliable international vendors for global delivery needsBuild a vetted vendor directory for recurring and one-off gifting campaignsLogistics, Fulfillment, and Operations
Manage end-to-end gifting operations : purchase orders, packaging, delivery, trackingOversee customization, branding, and packaging requirementsMaintain internal databases of recipients and gift historiesTrack inventory and ensure smooth replenishment of commonly used gift itemsContractor and Client Engagement
Create tailored gifting plans for new hires, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and celebrationsCraft thoughtful personalized notes or message templatesCollaborate with leadership to design high-touch gifting experiences that improve relationships and retentionBudgeting and Reporting

2 to 4 years of experience in procurement, office management, events, gifting, or operationsProven creativity and a strong eye for aesthetic, packaging, and experience designStrong vendor sourcing and negotiation skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage logistics, track deliveries, and maintain accurate recordsComfortable working independently and proposing new ideas without being askedResourceful problem-solver who can pivot quickly and handle last-minute requestsNice to Have
