AU Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant (Remote)

About the Role

  • You’ll wear two hats : part Bookkeeper, part Admin Extraordinaire.
  • You’ll be working across a couple of businesses, helping to keep accounting clean and daily tasks running smoothly.
  • Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
  • Help with general administration and documentation.
  • Keep records squeaky clean and up to date.
  • Coordinate across different teams and tools.
  • Requirements

    About YOU

  • You’re detail-obsessed and love ticking off to-dos.
  • You’ve done some accounting work for Australian companies.
  • You get joy from organizing stuff others find messy.
  • You’re self-managed, reliable, and easy to work with.

  • Proven 5+ years experience in bookkeeping and admin.
  • Familiar with Australian accounting systems.
  • You’ve helped businesses (bonus points if in hospitality or tech).
