Key Responsibilities :

Patient Assessment : Evaluate patients' health conditions, take vital signs, and record medical histories and symptoms.

Medication & Treatment Administration : Administer prescribed medications, perform wound care, and conduct other treatments as ordered by physicians.

Care Planning : Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Patient & Family Education : Educate patients and their families about illnesses, treatment plans, health maintenance, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Monitoring & Documentation : Continuously monitor patients' conditions, track lab results, and accurately document all patient information in electronic health records.

Medical Procedures : Assist with medical procedures and assist in operating and monitoring medical equipment.

Supervision : Oversee and direct the work of licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other support staff.

Collaboration : Work effectively as part of a healthcare team, collaborating with doctors, specialists, and other professionals.

Emotional Support : Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, especially during difficult health challenges.
