Job Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying food delivery orders through calls or chats.
- Resolve customer concerns related to incorrect orders, delays, or payment issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with restaurants and delivery riders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company policies on refunds or adjustments.
- Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and call handling efficiency.
