This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM (Arizona / Mountain Time)

Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours

This role blends technical operations, CRM management, and client support—no two days are the same. Some days you’ll troubleshoot syncs or update automations; other days, you’ll organize data or help clients navigate systems. You’ll play an integral role in supporting ongoing operations and special projects, including an exciting CRM migration to HubSpot.

Responsibilities

Load, test, and schedule email campaigns in Keap or HubSpot

Monitor CRM system health and resolve sync or automation errors

Update, clean, and tag contact records to ensure data accuracy

Create or optimize workflow automations via Make (Integromat) or Zapier

Maintain and improve content in client portals (e.g., Softr, Airtable)

Follow up with clients and travelers regarding payments or incomplete tasks

Document and refine internal processes to streamline operations

Provide professional support via email and phone, helping clients resolve technical issues with patience and clarity

Requirements

Solid understanding of CRM and automation platforms (Keap, HubSpot, or similar)

Experience with Airtable and comfort working with structured data

Familiarity with Make (Integromat) or Zapier automations

Strong tech aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems

Excellent written communication skills for client and team correspondence

Warm, professional phone presence and customer service demeanor

Attention to detail, self-direction, and reliability; able to follow through independently

Flexibility and calm under shifting priorities
