Responsibilities :
- Manage and inspect of the restaurant kitchen if clean daily
- Monitor the inventory stocks, food preparation,supplies presentation and storage
- Responsible in reviewing surveys and feedback of the customer to determine and improve the quality service of the work
- Checks and make sure the quality of service in delivering food on the table
- Manage employee schedules in work
- Open for other task assigned by the supervisor
- Able to report directly in the Operations manager
Requirements :
Knowledge in cooking and preparing Basic Korean food is a plus
