We’re looking for a Joinery Estimator who’s passionate about precision, craftsmanship, and bringing quality joinery projects to life. You’ll play a key role in supporting a growing commercial joinery business that works across Melbourne’s education, health, retail, and office sectors. Working alongside an experienced team that values collaboration and craftsmanship, you’ll help deliver projects that combine design excellence with practical function.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret architectural and design drawings to prepare detailed estimates and take-offs.
• Liaise with builders, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing and material information.
• Prepare quotations and maintain up-to-date pricing using Excel and ServiceM8.
• Coordinate closely with project leads to ensure estimates align with design intent, budget, and timelines.
• Stay current with joinery materials, finishes, and hardware to ensure estimates reflect quality and innovation.
• Support smooth project delivery through clear communication and reliable follow-through.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team.
