Do you have the drive, connections, and passion for sales? We’re seeking self-motivated Freelance Sales Representatives to promote and sell our wide range of products — including pumps, motors, drives, tanks, heaters, valves, pool equipment and accessories, as well as essential building materials — within your assigned territory.

This is your chance to build your earnings with attractive commissions, a fixed monthly allowance, and exciting performance incentives — all while enjoying the flexibility of freelance work!

Available Territories : NCR, South Luzon, North Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao

o Residential Building Projects (single homes, subdivisions, housing developments)

o Commercial Building Projects (office buildings, malls, warehouses, industrial structures)

o Government Infrastructure and Institutional Projects, such as :

 Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)

 National Irrigation Administration (NIA)

 Local Water Districts

 Local Government Units (LGUs)

 Other government agencies involved in infrastructure and utility projects

o Private Contractors, General Contractors, Developers, and Engineering Firms

Negotiate deals, follow up on payments, and close sales
Provide regular market feedback and updates on potential projects in the pipeline
Coordinate closely with management to align sales strategies with market needs

Qualifications & Requirements :

Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction supplies, hardware distribution, or related industries

Strong network within hardware dealers, contractors, and local government units is highly desirable

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Familiarity with construction processes, supply chain, and basic technical understanding of materials is an advantage

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
