The Opportunity in Cebu

As Regional Sales Director, you will be a strategic driver of our Cebu sales organization, leading and inspiring a team of high-performing sales professionals, managers, and team leaders. Your mandate is clear : accelerate growth, strengthen market presence, and deliver results that move the needle regionally and globally.

This role isn't about keeping the lights on- it's about transforming potential into performance. You will sit at the leadership table, collaborating cross-functionally to influence sales strategy, optimize performance, and seize new opportunities.

What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.

Lead engagement & growth via strategy and execution.

Coach & manage the day-to-day functions of the sales team

Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels

Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships

Establish sales objectives to deliver on expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights, typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win / Loss, Age etc.

Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall in order to implement a consistent closed loop between marketing and sales

Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and foster a culture of continuous process improvement.

Partner with support teams to identify opportunities to increase sales through customer experience.

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.

Experience & Expertise

Sales Leadership : Minimum 10 years Sales leadership experience, ideally Services sales for Web Hosting or Digital solutions. A proven ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and internally within global organisations .

Pre-Sales : Proven track record working with solutioning teams to ensure strategic offerings resonate in the market and IP creation improves Newfold's competitive positioning.

Business Development : Track record for influencing and leveraging marketing to deliver growth. Has a strong network of relationships in the market that can be leveraged to enable Newfold's success.

Product : Familiarity and knowledge of Tech / IT solutions and services and CRM knowledge.

Delivery Excellence : Proven track record working with delivery to deliver a complex range of advisory, implementation and managed services to a variety of industries with consistently strong client outcomes.

Leadership Capabilities

Energize and Engage : Ability to inspire a diverse set of stakeholder groups both within the Newfold business. Action oriented with a growth mindset and 'can do' problem solving attitude.

Stakeholder Management : An executive who leads through influence and purpose with the ability to build trust with direct and indirect team members, peers, colleagues in other Newfold business units and key business partners to deliver outstanding results.

Put Clients First : Understands and shapes customers' needs, creates distinct value for customers and builds deep customer relationships in the India market.

Shape Strategy : Anticipates and interprets market changes and envisions the future. Can synthesize vast information to decide strategic priorities.

Drive for Results : Define strategies and drive execution whilst building the necessary capability to succeed.

Excellent Communication : both written and verbal including compelling presentations to large groups of sellers , team leaders and managers.
