- Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8am - 5pm PST with 1 hour lunch
 - Wednesday & Thursday 10am- 6pm PST with 1 hour lunch

Job Description
You’ll be the vital first point of contact for customers while building the company’s digital presence through engaging social media content. This dynamic role combines excellent customer service with creative marketing, where every interaction matters and your performance directly impacts company growth. You’ll play a crucial role in converting inquiries into qualified leads while managing varying call volumes and creating content that resonates with the audience.
Responsibilities :
Handle incoming phone calls from residential customers and property management companiesRespond promptly to text messages and emails with professional, helpful communicationSchedule services using multiple platforms and customer management systemsCreate and post engaging content across social media platformsConvert customer inquiries into qualified leads through effective communicationManage social media presence and engage with followersAdapt to varying daily call volumes and seasonal business fluctuationsMaintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactionsRequirements :

Requirements
