Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in a related field At least 8 years of experience, with a proven track record as a design lead or senior creative Expertise in typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and brand systems Proficient in design and print production processes Strong communication and client-facing abilities Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire creative teams Skilled in project management, budget alignment, and cross-team coordination Recognized for developing strategic branding solutions (especially for high-profile or Fortune 500 clients) Able to make smart creative decisions that support marketing goals and client needs Familiarity with industry tools, technologies, and trends
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional creative team (designers, project managers)
- Own the creative vision and implement processes that drive excellence
- Guide design strategy, brainstorming, and execution of impactful campaigns
- Ensure quality across all visual outputs : print, presentation, and digital
- Oversee project briefs, client communications, approvals, and deadlines
- Foster strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Champion creative integrity and brand consistency across deliverables
- Promote innovation, mentorship, and collaboration within the team
