DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements
- Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
- Create functional specifications for solutions
- Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
- Implement and test solutions
- Support business transition and help to establish change
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or an MBAA minimum of 5 years of experience in business analyst or a related fieldExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsExcellent documentation skillsExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentationsExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
