Purchasing Supervisor (47647) - Binalonan, Pangasinan

Salary : 26,000 - 29,000

With Saturday schedule

Required Experience :

・Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Customs, or any related field.

・With a minimum of 2 years related experience in supervisory or managerial in the same field.

・Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)) are a plus, but not required.

・Proficient in MS Office applications.

・Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

・Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.

・Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills.

・Willing to work in Binalonan, Pangasinan (on-site).

Job Description :

・Supervise and lead the purchasing team to achieve departmental goals and deadlines.

・Develop and implement purchasing strategies aimed at cost reduction and operational efficiency.

・Select and evaluate suppliers, and negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions.

・Review and approve purchase orders and requisitions.

・Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure adequate stock.

・Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

・Monitor and report compliance with regulatory requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Bureau of Customs (BoC), and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

・Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare reports for management.

・Resolve supplier issues, delays, and discrepancies.

・Collaborate with other departments such as finance, logistics, and quality assurance.

・Train and mentor purchasing staff to improve skills and performance.

・Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry developments.

・Perform other related tasks as directed by the supervisor.
