DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, statements, cash flow statements, and payroll checks.
2. Ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.
3. Manages budgets, prepares financial forecasts, and conducts business modeling and risk assessments.
4. Identifies areas for improvement in accounting processes and implements solutions.
5. Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Coordinates annual audits of the department
7. Perform any other mandated accounting functions, and or any other duties that may be assigned.
■ Structure:
The 10 employees in the Accounting team have an average age of 25-40 years old.
1. Must be a Certified Public Accountant
2. With at least seven to ten (3-8) years of experience in the same position
3. Must possess a strong knowledge of taxation principles and regulations
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
5. Ability to analyze financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
6. Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and other relevant tools.
