Technical Service Supevisor

JOB DESCRIPTION ? Focus on asset servicing and repair for both office and field-based concerns ? Service support to the malls ? Technical writing ? Technical team supervision, scheduling and deployment ? Technical liaison for operations ? Regional Technical Service Engineer coordination ? Assist in supplier coordination ? Part / s procurement of critical parts ? IT equipment research and development ? Preparation and issuance of quotations for service activities ? Assist on the verifications of shop drawings and QA of implemented designs ? Maintenance of deployed assets to ensure all are in good condition ? Assist in content updating, and validation of the Technical Service Engineers' tasks, photos, and monthly documentation Requirements ?Graduate of any Technical-related course preferably in Computer Technology, IT, Instrumentation Technology and Computer and Electronics Engineering ? At least 5 years of experience in the related field ? Familiar with IoT and power control systems ? Skilled in conventional and wave soldering techniques ? Able to accurately diagnose computer and electronic issues and possess a smart problem-solving skill ? Basic electrical skills ? Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace platforms ? Efficient time management and can work within deadlines ? Detail-oriented and organized and skilled in technical writing ? Background in computer network management and LED systems is a plus ?
