Staff4Me is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites and plugins. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and visually appealing WordPress solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Optimize WordPress websites for performance, security, and SEO.
Implement responsive web design principles to ensure compatibility across different devices and browsers.
Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure the stability and functionality of WordPress websites.
Perform WordPress updates, maintenance, and backups.
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior WordPress developers.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.

Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery).

Familiarity with database management and SQL.

Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

Understanding of web security best practices.

Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
