Role : Bookkeeper
Compensation : Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits : HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule : 5-day work week, 11 : 00 p.m. 8 : 00 a.m. Philippine time
Work Setup : WFH
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping for multiple small-business clients
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks
- Categorize transactions accurately according to established chart of accounts
- Maintain and organize supporting documentation for audit readiness
- Prepare month-end financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Collaborate with tax preparers and advisory team for year-end close and tax return preparation
- Communicate directly with clients to request missing information or clarify discrepancies
- Identify and resolve accounting errors proactively
Qualifications :
4+ years of bookkeeping experience (public accounting or multi-client environment preferred)Strong proficiency in QuickBooks OnlineSolid understanding of accrual accounting, journal entries, and financial reportingStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple clients and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
