Key Responsibilities
1.1 Manages month-end, quarter-end, year-end general ledger close in accordance with GAAP, corporate policies and external audits; Preparation of financial statements, supporting reports, reconciliations and analyses; Drive compliance with SOX and internal controls; Comply with internal reportorial and external statutory requirements
2.1 Accounting for inventories, Accounts analysis and reconciliations, Costing accuracy; Cost comparisons and analysis; SOX requirements over inventory controls; Trend Reports
3.1 CAPEX monitoring and control, Quarterly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan (AOP); Metrics/KPIs; Variance analysis and reports
4.1 Statutory filing and payment of taxes, Administrative filing and regulatory reports
5.1 Team leader; Problem solver; Tasks are assigned to appropriate employees; Coaching, mentoring and delegation; Business continuity
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPA
Minimum Work Experience Required: 7 years, factory experience is preferred
