Billing Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Associate to join our dynamic Finance team.

Job Summary :  As a Billing Associate, you will be an integral part of our Finance Department, responsible for managing the billing process efficiently.

You will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate billing, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain comprehensive billing records.

Key Responsibilities : Invoicing :  Create and issue invoices to customers, process credit memos, and resolve inconsistencies.

Account Maintenance :  Coordinate with team members to resolve billing queries, update billing reports, and ensure invoices are accessible on client portals.

Revenue and Reconciliation :  Assist in preparing month-end revenue accruals and inventory reconciliation reports.

Additional Tasks :  Perform other duties as assigned to support the Finance Department.

Qualifications : Education :  Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related business course.

Experience :  At least 1 year of experience in billing or general accounting.

Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in basic Microsoft functions.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Adaptability to dynamic work environments.
