US Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Background
- PeoplePartners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support one of our valued clients in the digital product and communications sector. This role is ideal for professionals who bring structure, empathy, and efficiency to every customer interaction.
About the Role
You will be the first line of support for clients navigating digital products. From assisting with approvals to managing post-purchase communication, your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer journey. You’ll manage multiple communication platforms and contribute to demos and internal process coordination.Your Key Responsibilities :
Answer product-related questions and assist customers with their purchases.Guide clients through product approval workflows.Manage internal and vendor communications via platforms including Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, and Zoho CRM.Support two main customer communication channels : email and SMS line.Create basic demos for distributor use.Participate in company meetings on a regular cadence.Requirements
About YOU
Experienced in customer service or a related support function.Skilled at problem-solving and multi-tasking in a remote environment.Professional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.Confident using CRM tools and staying organized across platforms.About YOUR Work History
