  • Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses
  • 5 years as Sales Manager
  • Master or Doctorate Degree an Advantage
  • Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products
  • Experience in handling / dealing with government related sales / transactions an Advantage
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
  • Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
  • Orientation :

Mentor / Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time

Skills :

Excellent in the following :

– Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing

  • Solid judgement along with decision making skills
  • Knowledgeable with team building techniques
  • Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing / sales strategies
  • Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
  • Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
