Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Create informational materials and completing monthly and quarterly updates of those materials using internally provided data using Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Materials may include presentations, internal DDQ’s, etc.
- Track and log all materials for market participants utilizing excel logs and version numbers for all edits.
- Assist in the outreach by using current databases to find potential clients based on varying queries and parameters in Salesforce and Dakota (some experience in Salesforce and Dakota ideal but not mandatory as we will train)
- Coordination of ongoing outreach through Quarterly Newsletter creation and other similar activities.
- Creating weekly dashboard using output from Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) system to monitor communications with potential clients and distribute to the Capital Expansion team using Salesforce and Excel
- Population of summary sheets with background for potential clients utilizing database information in CRM and on the internet
- Additional Ad hoc projects pertaining to Capital Expansion team.
