Sales & Technical Engineer / UP TO 20K + Commission and Allowance

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in technical sales, project engineering, or construction solutions.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and technical specifications.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Valid driving license (often required for site / client visits).

WORK LOCATION : MUNTINLUPA CITY

WORK SCHEDULE : MONDAYS TO SATURDAYS

SALARY RANGE :

• P20,000 / MO.
• P10,000 ALLOWANCE

COMMISSIONS :

• 3% OF OWNED PROJECT
• 1-2% (IF THE PROJECT IS CLOSED)
