Schedule : Monday to Friday | Day Shift Job Description We are
looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track
record in Retail, FMCG, or Multibrand environments. A balanced
strategist who is equally comfortable deep-diving into Facebook Ads
analytics and coordinating large-scale physical events and
billboard placements. We need a leader who can coach a team of 6–8
members and collaborate directly with the COO to turn company
objectives into high-impact campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop
and execute integrated marketing plans that align with company
sales objectives and revenue growth. Oversee Facebook Ads, TikTok
campaigns, and content execution while utilizing analytics to
measure and optimize performance. Manage offline initiatives
including events, activations, and outdoor advertising such as
billboards. Lead and coach a team of 6–8 direct and indirect
reports to ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
Partner with Sales and Operations to support branch-level
initiatives and market expansion. Manage marketing budgets,
negotiate with suppliers, and prepare data-driven reports to guide
executive decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years
of relevant marketing experience, including solid managerial
experience handling teams. Experience in the automotive or
motorcycle industry is a strong advantage. Proficient in digital
marketing tools (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Analytics) and knowledgeable
in basic design principles (Canva / Photoshop). Strong analytical,
communication, project management, and strategic thinking
capabilities.
