Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or any related studies. 5 years of experience in IT, Vendor Management, or Contract Administration Strong knowledge and background in Technology With expertise in Vendor Risk Management, Contract Negotiation and Compliance Amenable to work in Makati
Manage and optimize vendor agreements supporting the company, ensuring vendors meet contractual commitments aligned with the company strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee vendor contract renewals, extensions, and terminations in coordination with application owners.
- Monitor and optimize vendor costs, identifying opportunities for savings.
- Manage contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to align with company goals.
- Ensure contract compliance and conduct regular vendor performance evaluations using KPIs.
- Assess and manage risks tied to vendor relationships; create contingency plans when needed.
