Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing strategy of a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate company. The CMO will play a key role in shaping the company's brand presence, driving lead generation, and leading innovative marketing initiatives that connect with clients across the U.S.
This is a remote position based in the Philippines, ideal for a Senior Marketing Executive with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience managing global campaigns in the real estate or related industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to support the company\'s growth and business objectives
- Lead digital, social, and traditional marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Oversee creative direction, content strategy, and messaging to ensure consistent branding across all channels
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing direction on campaign execution, performance analytics, and budget allocation
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals and market expansion strategies
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities in the U.S. real estate market
- Strengthen partnerships with external agencies, media, and key stakeholders to optimize brand exposure and performance
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment
Qualifications
Proven track record in senior marketing leadership, ideally as a CMO, Marketing Director, or Head of MarketingStrong background in real estate marketing, property sales, or related industriesExperience managing marketing operations targeting the U.S. market or other international marketsDeep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and strategic communicationsExcellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional and remote teamsStrong analytical, decision-making, and budget management abilitiesExceptional communication and presentation skillsPreferred Experience
