Job descriptionAt least 1year experience in Warehouse Operation. Knowledge in Microsoft Office application. Ensure compliance of company policies and procedure in ERP system Responsible in posting received item and quantity in the system accurately Responsible in generating ERP documents Ensure on time processing of transaction in the system Ensure ERP transaction are accurate and processed on time. Responsible in sending receiving and delivery documents to Accounting Department. Ensure sending of sales invoice (SI) or delivery receipt (DR) with transmittal. Ensure forms are properly fill out and complete. Organize and complete filling of documents. Responsible to attend queries concerning documentation. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office. Responsible to request of office supplies. Responsible to prepare report concerning documentation and submit to heads. Processing of pick list, sales invoice, and delivery receipt. Releasing of pick list to the warehouse team. Preparing transmittal of proof of orders (POD). Processing request stock transfer (RST) & stock transfer (ST). Adhere to the company rules / regulations, policies, code of conduct / employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and protocols on good practices, quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc. Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers. Report for work on time. Practice and observe good grooming and hygiene at all times. Live out the Vision, Mission, and Values of the company. Willing to be assigned in EISI Sta. Rosa Office. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his / her immediate superior.

JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible in real time processing of inbound and outbound transactions, filling of documents and transmittal of proof of delivery documents to Accounting Department.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Vocational Graduate on Computer, Bookkeeping, Business Management Courses.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE :
