We’re looking for a graphic designer to bring our products to life across every visual touchpoint — especially where great design drives conversions.
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to support our ecommerce and marketing operations. This role covers high-impact design work across email, website, paid ads, and social media . You’ll be responsible for producing beautiful, brand-aligned, and performance-optimized creative.
This is not just a visual design role. We’re looking for someone who is :
Strong typography and layout skills are a must. Design should be clean, conversion-minded, and brand-aligned.
Responsibilities
Design digital ad creatives (Meta, Google, Pinterest) :
Static posts, carousels, stories, reels, thumbnails
Design social media content (IG, FB, TikTok) :
Feed posts, stories, thumbnails, and light overlays

Requirements
Responsibilities Design and build Klaviyo email campaigns (mobile-optimized, clean hierarchy) Create and update Shopify site graphics : homepage banners, collection headers, promotional visuals Design digital ad creatives (Meta, Google, Pinterest) : Static posts, carousels, stories, reels, thumbnails Design social media content (IG, FB, TikTok) : Feed posts, stories, thumbnails, and light overlays Edit and retouch product photos for clarity and optimization Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, influencer activations, new product launches, etc. Actively communicate progress and blockers, and work efficiently with internal stakeholders Requirements Portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, layout design, and photo editing Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma or Canva a plus) Experience designing for Shopify, email platforms (Klaviyo preferred), and ad creative Understanding of DTC brand tone — clean, clear, conversion-minded Ability to handle multiple deliverables across marketing and ecommerce channels Organized, proactive, and able to take feedback constructively Comfort working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment Must be a clear communicator — responsive, organized, and proactive in sharing status Positive attitude and solution-first mindset Self-motivated but works well with others — teamwork is essential Bonus Skills Video editing for short-form content (social, ads, UGC clips) Motion design / GIFs / animations Experience designing for Amazon A+ content or retail partners
