Job Summary : We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations for our retail account.
The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, drive performance metrics, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities : Operational Oversight : Manage daily operations across retail sites / accounts, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor team leads and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for the retail client, ensuring alignment with business goals and service expectations.
Process Improvement : Identify gaps and implement process enhancements to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring : Track KPIs, analyze data, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
Inventory & Logistics : Oversee inventory control, supply chain coordination, and vendor management.
Budget Management : Assist in planning and managing budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
Compliance & Standards : Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in retail or BPO environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and operational tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferred Skills : Experience managing large teams or multi-site operations.
Familiarity with retail KPIs and customer experience metrics.
Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification is a plus.
