Qualifications :
At least High School Graduate.
3 years or more BPO experience in any account (CSR, TSR, or other roles) – this can substitute for direct Tech Support experience.
Even if the experience is not in Tech Support, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and adaptability are considered.
Typing speed of 30 WPM with 85% accuracy.
Accepts 2nd Year College Undergraduate and above.
Salary & Incentives :
₱28,500 monthly salary package.

Handle IT-related inquiries through voice support.
Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity concerns (training will be provided for those with no Tech background).
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring issue resolution.
Follow escalation procedures for complex technical issues.
