Job Title: Estimator
Location: Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time

Position Overview:
The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, developing and reviewing design plans, and collaborating closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle estimating, design modeling, and drafting, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating & Quoting:

• Prepare, analyze, and review comprehensive cost estimates for modular housing, container van conversions, and other prefabricated structures.
• Account for all project components, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements.

Project Management Support:

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and manage adjustments due to changes in scope or unforeseen challenges.
• Provide insight and recommendations to optimize project costs and resource allocation.
• Design & Drafting (AutoCAD Expertise):
• Develop, revise, and finalize detailed floor plans, layouts, and design specifications using AutoCAD.
• Ensure designs are cost-effective, compliant with client requirements, and feasible for modular construction.
• Support coordination between design, estimating, and construction teams to maintain accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Design, Modeling & Drafting (AutoCAD Expertise):

• Develop, revise, and finalize detailed floor plans, layouts, and design specifications using AutoCAD.
• Apply full-cycle project knowledge, including estimating, 3D modeling, and drafting, to ensure designs are cost-effective, feasible, and compliant with client requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle estimating, modeling, and drafting for modular construction, container conversions, or prefabricated structures.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience creating detailed design layouts and technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of construction materials, labor costs, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management principles and experience supporting project execution is a plus.
