As a Telco Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile, internet, or cable services. You’ll handle billing concerns, technical issues, and account management while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Job Description :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist with service activations, troubleshooting, and billing concerns
Guide customers in using telco products and resolving technical issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
Document interactions and escalate unresolved concerns
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies
Qualifications :
With at least 6 months BPO experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High school graduate or higher
Tech-savvy and knowledgeable in telco services is a plus
Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work in Pampanga
