DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates records;
• Handles the preparation and collation of documents needed in processing licenses;
• Prepares and issues affidavit, quit claims, certificate of undertakings requested by the projects;
• Assists in processing of billings;
• Assists in preparation of Contracts as requested including those for review and notarization;
• Maintains and updates records and documents;
• Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment;
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting or equivalent
• 1 year experience as document controller or administrative assistant
• Knowledgeable in reporting, documentation, and clerical tasks. Knowledge in processing billings, requests or invoices
• Knowledge in basic accounting is an advantage
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Must be keen to details, organize and can multi-task
• Can work under pressure and target driven
• Computer proficient in MS OFFICE
• Strong excel skills
• With experience working in construction indusrty is a plus
• Can start immediately
• Open to work on site daily in Makati or Arca South Taguig
