Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Risk Systems and Strategy Execution Officer .

In this role you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of business and credit operations to develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows. You will represent risk and policy initiatives, acting as a liaison between various technology, policy, and compliance teams to provide support and solutions to the business.

What the role will entail

• Collaborate with credit, business units, and third-party vendors to improve process flows, ensure policy adherence, and optimize risk infrastructure.
• Develop and implement risk management tools to monitor client exposure, manage static data, and support portfolio growth while maintaining balanced risk-reward.
• Coordinate, lead, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning, case creation, execution, defect resolution, and documentation.
• Review and understand BRDs, translate them into detailed test cases, and ensure robust testing before production releases.
• Perform validation and exception reporting to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and cross-functional collaboration to drive execution of key business initiatives.
