Requirements :
Graduate of Bs in Accountancy or any related course
1 year of experience in accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
Responsibilities :
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Maintain accurate and organized financial files
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Prepare and submit financial reports as needed
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments
Enter financial data into accounting software
Assist with internal and external audits
Track and report on company expenses
