Deposit & Debit Category & Segment Marketing Head

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to serve as the lead marketing executive for our organization. You will manage all marketing efforts—including planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations—while ensuring alignment with our business objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a passion for driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Measure marketing program effectiveness and optimize based on KPIs.
  • Lead department meetings, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage marketing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive campaign development, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to organization-wide strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Business (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand / product management; 3+ years in digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management abilities.
  • Experience in retail-oriented industries (FMCG, QSR, banking, e-commerce, fintech preferred).
