Job descriptionGraduate of BS Architecture or any Engineering course. PRC license is an advantage but not required. Minimum of 2 years’ BIM experience and at least 3 years of Revit use. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM-related software. Able to read and interpret plans across multiple AEC disciplines.
Job description : Job Overview
The BIM Modeler is part of the production team responsible for preparing the majority of project drawings. This role works closely with BIM Job Captains and the BIM Manager to deliver drawings with the highest level of detail and accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of BIM Job Captains and the BIM Manager.
- Revise and update models based on reviews to ensure accuracy.
- Follow BIM execution plans and project workflow requirements.
- Produce accurate construction documents from BIM models.
- Create custom parametric families according to project needs and specifications.
- Perform initial clash analysis and prepare clash and design issue reports for review by the Job Captain.
