What You’ll Be Doing

Running remote discovery audits and assessments across servers, networks, cloud, and security.

Deploying our managed services stack — monitoring, backup, endpoint, and security tools.

Producing accurate, high-quality documentation, diagrams, and system inventories.

Identifying issues early and supporting remediation ahead of go-live.

Collaborating closely with Project Managers, TAMs, and Service Delivery to hit transition milestones smoothly.

Preparing environments so the Support team can succeed from day one.

Following change management processes and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout onboarding.

Requirements

Experience performing technical discovery, auditing, or onboarding activities (MSP experience a plus).

Strong grasp of Windows Server, AD / Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, M365, and common infrastructure components.

Familiarity with deploying monitoring, backup, RMM, and security tools.

Solid troubleshooting abilities and a methodical, calm approach to problem-solving.

Excellent documentation skills — clear, structured, and easy to follow.

Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple onboarding streams.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
