Influencer Sourcing Assistant

We are looking for an Influencer Sourcing Assistant   to join our growth marketing team.

This teammate will  support the early stages of the influencer marketing process.

This role will focus on identifying, vetting, and sourcing high-quality influencers, managing gifting and product seeding logistics, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for creator collaborations.

Salary Range : up to 55,000 per month Note : Rate / Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Benefits Work Set-up : Permanent Work From Home Bonuses :   Attendance Bonus of $ 25 for every monthly perfect attendance Performance Bonus Anniversary Bonus of PHP 5,000 for your 1st year in service and PHP 10,000 for 2 years in service Referral Bonus of $ 300 for every successful referral Holiday Paid Time Off (PTO) for 7 days in a year Paid Time Offs (PTO) for 6 days in a year Prepaid Health Card The Role Source and vet influencers based on brand-specific criteria (follower count, engagement rate, niche relevance, content style, audience quality, and CAC estimates) Build curated influencer lists and maintain clean tracking sheets for campaign progress Coordinate and track influencer seeding / gifting logistics to ensure timely and accurate product delivery Execute influencer outreach using provided templates, with flexibility for custom messaging or phone follow-ups when needed Monitor and report on outreach performance (e.g., number of outreaches, reply rate, conversions) Maintain organized records of outreach history, communication, and content deliverables Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships Understand brand briefs and confidently communicate campaign goals, deliverables, and guidelines to influencers Support miscellaneous operations tasks as needed to ensure campaigns run smoothly The Requirements : At least 1 year of experience working on influencer or affiliate marketing campaigns, ideally with a focus on sourcing, outreach, or seeding / gifting.

Familiarity with tools like Aspire or similar influencer marketing platforms A people-first mindset with proven experience in building rapport and handling influencer communications with empathy and clarity Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple touchpoints without missing a beat Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable working in Google Sheets / Excel to manage data and track performance Ability to work EST  time zone We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
