o Lead by example to her subordinates by providing excellent customer service by offering product information, recommendations and answers to customer queries.
o Leads in maintaining and growing the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement and regular communication with customers o Initiate to staff to hit monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross-selling of products o Process sales transactions.
O Guiding the staff in maintaining inventory and keeping of the sales floor organized, clean and comfortable.
o Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
Qualifications : o College Graduate
o With at least 2 years retail experience. Experience in Cigar product or handling a luxury men's brand is a plus.
o With a strong understanding of sales, customer service and inventory management.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
o Goal-oriented and can work with minimum supervision o Willing to be assigned in NEWPORT / BGC or COD shifting schedules with a six (6) day work schedule.
o Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
