Role Overview :
The Business Development Executive for Corporate & Leisure will drive client acquisition and relationship management across both B2B and B2C markets. The role entails managing travel-related partnerships with airlines, hotels, and tourism boards while representing the company at industry events to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in travel management or hospitality industry, and business development.
- Strong background in end-to-end sales, client servicing, and account growth.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments, with exposure to corporate and leisure travel management is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and attend events or trade shows.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Identify and secure new corporate and leisure travel accounts through proactive outreach and networking.Develop and manage partnerships with airlines, hotels, and tourism boards.Conduct sales presentations and attend industry events to promote travel services and packages.Collaborate with internal teams to customize travel solutions based on client needs.Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to account servicing and retention.Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to support business strategies.Prepare and present regular updates on sales pipelines and account performance.
