We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring thoughtful strategy and hands-on execution to a growing wellness education brand.
You’ll manage and grow the brand’s Facebook Page, Facebook Group, and Instagram presence , focusing on authentic engagement, consistent storytelling, and measurable growth. This role is for someone who understands that social media is more than visuals — it’s about community, connection, and driving awareness that supports both brand and revenue goals.

What You’ll Work On
Social Media Management
Manage and grow the brand’s Facebook Page, Facebook Group, and InstagramCreate and schedule 5–10 posts per week aligned with upcoming products, launches, and campaignsKeep all profiles optimized (bios, links, highlights, pinned posts, visuals)Respond to comments and DMs within one business day and maintain meaningful engagementEngage thoughtfully with aligned accounts, practitioners, and influencers in the personal development spaceContent & Strategy
Develop social media strategies and monthly editorial calendarsCreate and write social content (captions, hashtags, post outlines) that balances education, community, and conversionCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned with launch cyclesAnalyze metrics and continuously refine approach for growth and engagementAnalytics & Reporting
Track performance across all social channels and share monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growthIdentify what’s working, what’s outdated, and opportunities to improveSuggest “quick wins” and longer-term strategies that align with upcoming launches and campaignsWhat You Bring
5+ years of experience managing brand or business social media accounts (not personal pages)Experience working with personal development, wellness, or coaching brandsStrong writing and storytelling skills — you understand tone, empathy, and clarityAbility to develop and execute organic content strategies that drive engagement and awarenessAvailable during North American (Pacific Time) business hours for team syncsOrganized, communicative, and comfortable taking ownership of resultsNice to Have
Understanding of how organic social supports marketing funnels and lead generationFamiliarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)Experience creating graphics in Canva or Adobe toolsComfort building social calendars and content pillars around brand strategyHow to Apply
