Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Spearhead and schedule events such as job offers and New Hire Orientations (NHO)
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, answering questions and providing overall support
- Collaborate with various departments and staff to ensure timely completion of onboarding documents needed for endorsements
- Track pre-employment requirements and onboarding progress
- Continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure the best new hire experience
