Jr. Onboarding Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
• Spearhead and schedule events such as job offers and New Hire Orientations (NHO)
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, answering questions and providing overall support
• Collaborate with various departments and staff to ensure timely completion of onboarding documents needed for endorsements
• Track pre-employment requirements and onboarding progress
• Continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure the best new hire experience
