Required Experience

• Experience with Gear and Precision Plastic Injection Parts
• Knowledge and Experience for Plastic Injection Mold

1. Work experience more than 5 years at Plastic Injection Molding or Mold Manufacturing Company

2. Management experience more than 5 years of Mold Production for Plastic Injection Molding

(Mold Department has M / C, WC, EDM machines and consists 20 employees)

3. Operating skill of Mold Design (3D CAD)

4. Operating skill of Mold Fabrication Machine Process (M / C, WC, EDM, Welding, Ultrasonic)

5. Operating skill of Mold Assembly (Plastic Injection Mold of 30 ton ～ 450 ton)

6. Operating skill of Mold Repair Method (Correction Instruction)

7. Schedule Management experience of Mold Repair and Mold Fabrication

8. Inventory experience of any spare parts and consumables

9. Knowledge of Plastic Injection Machine and Injection Molding

10. Knowledge of Plastic Material (POM, ABS, PP, PC+ABS, PC, PA, PBT, etc.)

11. Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001

12. Experience of Meeting with Customer and Mold Supplier
