Suggested Salary : start from100k-150k, with full benefits, bonus
1. Education & Professional Certification
Master’s degree(and above)in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field is required across the board. Advanced degrees like MBA, M.Com., or other postgraduate qualifications are highly preferred.
Professional accounting or finance credentials such as CPA, CFA, or CA are often mandatory, especially in formal or regulated sector
2. Experience & Sector-Specific Expertise
Extensive experience is a core requirement :
Typically10years in progressive finance leadership, with at least10years in senior rolesin large companies or international groups.
Experiencewith Food & Beverage field will be preferred.
3. Core Competencies & LeadershipSenior CFO roles demand a high-level mix of technical, strategic, and interpersonal capabilities :
Strategic Leadership & Board Influence :
Acting as a key strategic advisor to CEOs or Boards—handling financial planning, capital structure, M&A, fundraising.
Financial Stewardship :
Expertise in FP&A, treasury, budgeting, cashflow, risk management, financial controls, reporting, audits.
External Relationship Management :
Maintaining relationships with banks, investors, regulators—critical in fundraising and reporting.
Team Building & Finance Transformation :
Leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams is essential.
Driving automation and finance digitalization (ERP systems, analytics) is increasingly valued.
Regulatory & Ethical Rigor :
Strong grasp of compliance (SEC, BSP, BIR, LGUs, PEZA, etc.) and financial governance.
