Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement : Greet customers, build rapport, understand needs, and offer solutions.

Product Expertise : Maintain deep knowledge of products, features, and benefits to effectively assist customers.

Sales & Transactions : Process purchases and returns, operate POS systems, and inform customers about promotions / loyalty programs.

Merchandising & Operations : Keep sales floor clean, organized, and stocked; arrange displays; assist with inventory.

Problem Solving : Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, turning negative experiences positive.

Essential Skills & Qualifications :

Customer Service : Friendly, empathetic, and a proactive approach to helping shoppers.

Communication : Clear and persuasive verbal skills.

Product Knowledge : Eagerness to learn about new products.

Technical Skills : Basic register / POS system operation.

Education : High school diploma usually required; experience is often preferred.
