Sales & Transactions : Process purchases and returns, operate POS systems, and inform customers about promotions / loyalty programs.
Merchandising & Operations : Keep sales floor clean, organized, and stocked; arrange displays; assist with inventory.
Problem Solving : Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, turning negative experiences positive.
Essential Skills & Qualifications :
